Zakhele Dlamini is a seasoned Legal Advisor and Labour Relations Specialist with over 10 years’ professional experience in providing legal advisory services, representation, and strategic guidance within the South African private and public sectors, including exposure to international assignments.
He specialises in Advanced Labour Law, Corporate Law advisory, and contractual matters, offering comprehensive support ranging from legal compliance to dispute resolution. Zakhele is a registered member of the Labour & Employment Relations Association of South Africa (LERASA), ensuring adherence to recognised professional and ethical standards.
His expertise includes the management and execution of high-level forensic investigations, conducted in accordance with prescribed methodologies, governance frameworks, and evidentiary standards. He has extensive experience in compiling legally sound investigation reports and presenting findings for use in disciplinary proceedings, CCMA and Bargaining Council matters, Labour Court litigation, as well as criminal and civil processes.
Zakhele further provides legal representation and advisory services in disciplinary hearings, incapacity and misconduct proceedings, organisational restructuring processes, and collective labour disputes. His work extends to policy and regulatory framework drafting, review, and implementation, ensuring institutional compliance with labour legislation, corporate governance principles, and best practice standards.

Denis Woolley been in the financial industry since 2003, working as an individual
entity till he joined DW Wealth Consultants in 2017. Vast experience in Financial
Service Board (FSB) Council of Medical Schemes. Registered with FSP and in alignment with Regulations and Compliance in the Sector. Brings stability compliance
and solutions to the organization.
Over 30 in security and services background from the early 90s in South Africa and here in Eswatini. Ethical with determination and formidable force in law, morals, and societal values.
Sinakweyinkosi Dlamini is a talented young professional with a strong background in cybersecurity
administration. With a two-year tenure at Jonathan Cyber, she has gained valuable experience in managing and
securing digital systems. Sinakweyinkosi possesses a diverse skill set, including expertise in scripting,
multitasking, Linux administration, and computer forensics. Her commitment to professional development is
evident through her acquisition of various certificates, including an Advanced Diploma in Security
Administration and Computer Forensics, Business and Entrepreneurship, Entry-Level Cybersecurity Training,
and being an (ISC)2 Candidate. With her knowledge, skills, and dedication, Sinakweyinkosi is well-equipped to
